I write songs, poems, essays on my laptop, lyrics on my hands and scribbles on the back of receipts.

I stood quietly behind the written word until a mystery man from Germany stole the first song I ever wrote, claimed it as his own and featured it as the title track on his “album.”

The song was then illegally downloaded thousands of times (credited to said mystery man) and used in everything from tourism commercials to Russian makeup tutorials on YouTube.

Passionately frustrated, I decided that I should probably pursue my music more vigorously, before another mystery man beats me to it.

Keep in touch for musical updates and/or to join the hunt for the mystery man!

  • "But some people are just more alive than others, all eyes and mouth, and overloading senses – and that’s what Joyce was, and that’s what Kate Bush is. They appear in your life to remind you that to watch a sunrise is to watch a burning star, and that pollen is sperm, and summer is fleeting, and everything on Earth is so unlikely – so improbable"
